When will I receive my order?

Do you ship to the UK?

Unfortunately due to new VAT laws, I am unable to ship to customers in the UK at the moment. Sorry about that!

How do I check my order status?

Once an order has been shipped out, an email with your individual tracking link will be sent to the email you provided during checkout. While the store is on break, these links unfortunately do not work, but you can email me at circus.usagi00@gmail.com with your order number, or reply to the Shopify order email ('Your order is on the way' email) and I will get back to you as soon as I can with your tracking link.

Important changes for EU customers!

From 1st July 2021, all EU customers will be responsible for paying any import tax, taxes, handling fees etc associated with your orders. The cost of my products and shipping to EU does NOT include VAT. Please contact your respective customs authorities to submit VAT + local handling charges (if applicable) for parcel clearance once it arrives in your country. Orders will not be refunded if you fail to pay the relevant import fees.
