Next ship date: 14th September 2022 (Singapore time)
From 1st July 2021, all orders to the UK and Europe will be subject to VAT. Please contact your respective customs authorities to submit VAT + local handling charges (if applicable) for parcel clearance once it arrives in your country.
Due to the limitation in flight availability worldwide, package delay is expected for all countries. Postal operators have announced service adjustments or disruptions due to the covid-19 situation. Please be aware that international mail may take up to 2-3 months to be delivered in some cases.
Orders within Singapore will be sent via Singpost Tracked.
All orders to USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Japan, Australia, Poland, Netherlands, Sweden and Russia will be sent via EPAC which gives full tracking capability.
Orders to everywhere else will be sent via Singpost Registered Airmail. Even though tracking is provided, tracking capability while in the destination country will depend on your country/city's postal systems.
Tracking numbers will be sent out via email after I receive them from the shipping company. If you cannot view the URL (usually due to the store being paused) please DM me on twitter (@circus_usagi) or email me (circus.usagi00 @ gmail.com, or reply the email that informs you that your order has been shipped) and I will send it to you as soon as I am available to see it. It might take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.
